Purpose of the calculators
The calculators provide planning estimates from dimensions, rates, prices, product specifications, and other values supplied by the user. They are designed to help with tasks such as estimating landscape material quantities, comparing entered quotes, checking measured application rates, and organizing project costs.
Results depend on the inputs and assumptions shown by each tool. A result is not a supplier quote, purchase order, site inspection, construction or engineering design, soil-test interpretation, agronomic recommendation, pesticide-use instruction, or guarantee that a project will perform as expected.
Your inputs and verification duties
You are responsible for measuring the project, choosing appropriate values, and confirming the source and units for each input. Replace examples with current project data. Check actual package yields, bag volumes, supplier densities, delivery terms, product labels, soil-test reports, equipment specifications, and local requirements where relevant.
Do not use a calculator result to override a pesticide label, manufacturer instructions, permit, code, safety rule, or recommendation from a qualified professional. The herbicide calculator only scales a rate entered from the applicable label; it does not select a product or authorize its use. Material and weight calculations are only as reliable as the density or yield provided.
Estimates and availability
Calculations may be affected by measurement error, rounding, field conditions, product variation, software or network errors, and changes to calculator definitions. Tools and pages may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued. We do not promise that every result will be complete for every project or that the site will be uninterrupted.
Acceptable use
Use the site for lawful project planning. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious content, or use the calculators to make decisions that require professional review when you lack that review.
External sources and links
A calculator may ask you to consult a product label, supplier, soil-test report, manufacturer, or local authority. External materials are provided by their respective publishers. A reference to a source or product is not a guarantee, endorsement, or substitute for checking the current original information.
Limits of these terms
The site is provided for general informational and estimating use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mulch Calculator disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
